Accessibility Statement
EdEra Positano is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Italian Law of 9 January 2004, no. 4 and its subsequent amendments. This accessibility statement applies to the website ederapositano.com.
Compliance Status
Partially Compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of standard UNI CEI EN 301549, due to the non-conformities listed below.
Non-Accessible Content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons.
a) Non-compliance with Law 9 January 2004, no. 4
Missing form labels (2 errors): 2 fields in the contact form do not have a correctly associated label element. This makes it difficult or impossible for users relying on screen readers or assistive technologies to complete the form.
Insufficient colour contrast (6 errors): 6 elements have a contrast ratio between text and background below the minimum of 4.5:1 required by WCAG 2.1 criterion 1.4.3. This reduces readability for users with visual impairments or in bright light conditions.
Orphaned form label (1 alert): a label element is present that is not associated with any form field. This can cause confusion during assisted navigation.
Missing fieldset (1 alert): a group of related form fields is not wrapped in a fieldset element with a corresponding legend, making the form structure less clear for users relying on screen readers.
Fieldset without legend (1 alert): a fieldset element in the form lacks a descriptive legend, depriving assistive technology users of the context needed to understand the group of fields.
Redundant link (1 alert): an adjacent link points to the same destination as a nearby link. This may generate unnecessary navigation steps for users relying on screen readers or keyboard navigation.
Very small text (11 alerts): 11 elements on the site have text smaller than the recommended minimum size, making them difficult to read for users with visual difficulties.
Decorative images (17 elements): several images are correctly marked as decorative with a null alt attribute. A periodic review is recommended to ensure none of them contain relevant information not communicated through other means.
b) Disproportionate burden
No exemptions based on disproportionate burden are currently being invoked under art. 3-ter of Italian Law 9 January 2004, no. 4.
c) Content not within the scope of applicable legislation
Any third-party content integrated into the site (external booking widgets, maps, social plugins) may not be fully accessible. Such content is outside the direct control of the service provider.
